GreatestIPTV Refund Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
We want you to be satisfied with GreatestIPTV. We strongly recommend the 36-hour free trial before you subscribe, so you can check that the service works on your own device and connection (see our free trial page).
1. 7-day technical-issue guarantee
Your first purchase includes a full refund within the first 7 days if you experience significant technical issues.
Requirement: first contact our team on WhatsApp so we can try to fix the problem. If we can't resolve an issue caused by our service, you are eligible for the refund.
2. Pro-rated refunds after 7 days
If major, persistent technical issues caused by our service arise after the first 7 days and our team can't resolve them, we may offer a partial refund based on the unused time of your subscription. This is reviewed case by case.
3. Major service outages
Refunds (full or partial) will be considered if the service is completely down for more than 7 consecutive days.
4. When refunds are not issued
- After the 7-day guarantee, except under sections 2 and 3.
- If you didn't use the free trial and are unhappy with the channels or features while the service works.
- For issues on your side: your internet connection, your device or your setup.
- For minor or temporary issues, or if our terms of service were broken.
5. How to request a refund
- Contact support first. Message the team on WhatsApp through our contact page so we can troubleshoot.
- Send your request. If you are eligible, send your request in the same chat with the email address used for your order and the reason.
- Processing. Allow 1–5 business days for an eligible refund to be processed.
6. Re-subscribing
Receiving a refund may affect your ability to subscribe again later.
No auto-renewal
Every plan (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, for 1 to 5 devices) is one payment for a fixed term. Nothing renews automatically: we remind you before your plan ends, and you decide whether to renew. Prices are on our IPTV subscription page.
Your legal rights
This page doesn't affect any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
